Data collected and purposes

When the contact form is used, the website may collect the sender's name, professional email address, inquiry subject and message content.

This information is used only to answer professional inquiries, manage follow-up conversations and handle contact requests related to the activity presented on the website.

The legal basis is the sender's consent and, depending on the inquiry, the legitimate interest in replying to a professional request.

Recipients and retention

Data submitted through the contact form is received by Clarisse Bonneu and routed through Netlify Forms for technical form delivery.

The website also uses Netlify Analytics, a server-side audience measurement tool that does not rely on embedded advertising scripts or marketing trackers on the website itself.

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months after the last useful exchange, unless a longer retention period is required for legal or administrative reasons.

Cookies and audience measurement

With your consent only, the website uses Microsoft Clarity, a visitor behaviour analytics tool (pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, anonymised session recordings and heatmaps) that helps improve the site's usability and content.

Clarity sets cookies (notably _clck and _clsk) and is operated by Microsoft Corporation, acting as a processor, which may process data outside the European Union. Input fields (including the contact form) are masked and not recorded.

Also with your consent only, the website uses Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager), operated by Google Ireland Limited, to measure audience (pages viewed, traffic sources, devices used). It sets measurement cookies (notably _ga and _ga_*) and may involve data transfers outside the European Union. Data is used for statistical purposes only.

The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, an anti-spam service that analyses technical browser signals and the IP address, with no advertising purpose, to tell humans from bots.

Service providers and transfers outside the EU

The website relies on Netlify (hosting, form delivery), Cloudinary (images), Cloudflare (Turnstile), YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (embedded videos) and, with your consent, Microsoft (Clarity). Several of these providers are established in the United States; transfers are covered by the Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Fonts are hosted by the website itself: no data is sent to Google for this purpose.

Your rights

In accordance with applicable regulations, you may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or object to processing where applicable.
